The Founding Restaurants club
The restaurants that set Gustu up first are the ones that shape how it develops. We do the setup, the menu digitisation and the allergen tagging. You put it on the table.
Intake is limited. We read every application ourselves and come back within two working days.
What we give

- Monthly guest insight report
- What your guests asked, what they could not find, which language they wrote in. The same data as on this site, for your restaurant.
- Table material
- QR stands and table cards suited to your room.
- Founding price
- Permanently below list price once the programme ends.
What we ask
- Anonymised data permission
- That we may use the aggregated form of guest questions to improve the product. Guest identity is never shared.
- To be a reference
- If it works, that we may share your name and your experience.
- 30 minutes a month
- A short call about what is working and what is not.
- The QR stays on the table
- Somewhere a guest can see it. A code nobody scans produces no data.
Application
It looks long, and every question is there to prioritise applications. Estimates are fine; we do not need exact figures.
