Guests tell the menu what they want. We make sure the restaurant hears it.
Gustu is restaurant technology that turns a QR menu into one guests can talk to. It answers their questions from the menu, and turns the sum of those questions into a report the owner can actually use.
The same questions come up every night. The answers leave with the table.
What's gluten-free, is this spicy, does it have nuts, anything vegan? Servers answer these questions again every evening. Guests who don't speak Turkish often don't ask at all, and order what they already know.
QR menus moved the menu onto the phone, but not the conversation. What guests look for, what they avoid and what they can't find is never written down. It's gone when the table leaves.
We built Gustu for both gaps: so guests can ask the menu, and restaurants can see the sum of what was asked for.
How we work.
01
We don't make up numbers.
Every figure on our site comes from a live restaurant, labelled with what it counts. Where we haven't measured something, revenue for one, we don't put a number on it.
02
What guests want, not who they are.
We take no name, phone number or email from guests at the table. The reports restaurants get are aggregate figures.
03
We stay inside the menu.
Gustu only knows what's on the restaurant's menu. It never suggests a dish that isn't there or invents an ingredient, and it sends serious allergies to the kitchen.
04
We don't pretend.
Ordering, POS integration and reservations are in progress, not ready. So that's what we say.
Gustu is live today at Pilot restaurant, in Moda.
We build the product in real service, not in a pitch deck. Guests at Pilot restaurant ask Gustu questions every day, and that's where we learn what works and what's missing.

Pilot restaurant, live data, Aug 2026 – Aug 2026.
The Founding Restaurants programmeEvery restaurant should know what its guests want from data, not guesswork.
Today we start with the menu. Next come ordering and order tracking, POS integration and an AI reservation assistant. None of them has a date; when they're ready, Founding Restaurants get them first.

We work with restaurants directly. When you write to us, you reach the people building the product, not a ticket queue.
