Last updated: 18 September 2026
To exercise your rights under Law No. 6698, contact Diginetics Ltd using the routes on this page. Requests are free of charge and answered within 30 days at the latest.
What you can request
- Whether your personal data is being processed.
- Information about that processing, if it is.
- The purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly.
- The third parties it has been transferred to, at home or abroad.
- Correction, if it is incomplete or inaccurate.
- Erasure or destruction, where the conditions are met.
- Notification of any correction or erasure to the third parties it was transferred to.
- To object to an adverse outcome produced by automated analysis.
- Compensation, if you have suffered loss through unlawful processing.
How to apply
Email your request to legal@gustu.ai. It must include:
- Your name and surname, and a signature if the request is on paper.
- Your Turkish ID number, or your nationality and passport or ID number if you are a foreign national.
- An address for service.
- An email address, telephone or fax number for notification, if any.
- The subject of your request.
We cannot action requests where we are unable to verify your identity. That verification exists to stop someone else reaching your data.
For guests at the table
If you chatted with a menu at a restaurant table, we did not take your name, phone number or email, so we cannot find your record by identity alone. To let us act on your request, tell us which restaurant, and roughly what date and time. If the session identifier is still in your browser, sharing it makes the record easier to locate.
Response and appeal
We respond in writing or electronically. If your request is refused, if you find our response inadequate, or if we do not respond in time, you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days of learning our response and in any case within 60 days of your original application.
